Del 13 al 15 de Abril miembros de Play and Train e instructores de la Escuela Catalana de Surf han asistido a la Formación de Stand up Paddle organizado por IOSUP en la población de Alicante.
Play and Train conjuntamente con la Escuela Catalana de Surf y con la colaboración de la Fundación Antoni Serra Santamans promueven el programa de Stand up Paddle (SUP), desarrollando programas que tienen lugar en Montgat (Barcelona) y Camps en Fuerteventura (Islas Canarias).
El SUP es un deporte que aporta muchos beneficios a las personas con discapacidad, uno de los más importantes es que es un deporte que se practica en un entorno natural y que permite obtener gandes mejoras a nivel de equilibrio y propiocepción.
